Information for Families
Meeting Points
Map layouts showing school meeting point numbers will be added prior to the 2026 Concert Series.
Please ensure you ask your school's WAGSMS coordinator which number your school needs to meet at.
Security
Crown Theatre and Mandurah Performing Arts Centre have strict security protocol.
At Crown Theatre, families are not permitted upstairs at any time during the concert.
Please ensure you follow directions of Theatre staff for your child's safety.
Photography/
Videography
Due to copyright laws, video and photography is not permitted at Crown Theatre or Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. Studio Galea will be taking professional photos of each performance so you can relax and enjoy the show!
Concert Schedules

Performers arrive at the venue by 6:00pm
Performers ushered to their seats at 6:30pm
Performances begin at 7pm
Mandurah
Performers arrive at the venue by 5:30pm
Performers ushered to their seats at 6:00pm

Concert evenings may conclude at varying times based on the number of participating schools and soloists.
